Are these official Apple Watch products?
Our items are made to use with your own Apple products. We do not sell any bands or other products authorized by Apple. We are a third-party seller.
Can the bands on my Apple Watch be changed?
Yes, you can change the band of your apple watch and it is very easy! Push the band release button at the back of your watch, and the strap will slide out. If the band doesn't slide out, press the band release button again and make sure that you hold it down.
Please make sure that you put the band on the correct side. Look at the adapter, and make sure the side with the metal middle piece is facing the under-side of your watch. You should hear a light click when you put the band correctly.
Will these bands fit the model of my Apple Watch?
Our watch bands are compatible with all Apple Watch models including series 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 and SE.
Will these watch bands fit my wrist?
All of our Apple Watch bands are adjustable. Our stainless-steel link type bands may need to have some links removed to fit your wrist correctly. It is an easy and quick fix, and we provide an adjustment tool for some items. If you struggle taking the links out, please message us and we will send you a tutorial video.
How do I adjust the size of my watch band?

Keep in mind that watches in the videos may be different from the ones you ordered, but the idea is the same like on all the link watch bands.

What are the care instructions for apple watch bands?
- Stainless steel bands
Avoid water, harsh chemicals and scratching. Store your bands safely when not in use and polish them with a polishing cloth to make it shinier. The fibers in tissue cloths can sometimes cause micro scratches on your bands – an ironic mistake you’ll want to avoid.
- Leather bands
Leather is water resistant, but not waterproof. Getting your band soaking wet may result in stripped oils from the leather’s surface. This way the leather will stretch out and become damaged. So, while your leather is an amazing accessory in many locations, the beach and shower should not be one of them.
- Silicone bands
Wipe the band clean with a non-abrasive, lint-free cloth. If necessary, lightly dampen the cloth with fresh water. With these bands, you can also use mild hypoallergenic hand soap for cleaning.
Can I edit, update, cancel or make any changes to my order?
If you contact us within 24 hours, we shall send notifications to the responsible post office. Please be advised that it does not guarantee anything. It shall be considered at your responsibility to add the correct address details.
Why am I receiving multiple packets from the same order?
We have several factories and warehouses that are responsible for different products. Therefore, some of our orders may be shipped separately.
Can I exchange for another size or colour?
We do not support straight exchanges, but you can return your unwanted items and then order new ones. We will refund you as soon as we receive your return. You can read our Refund Policy HERE.
Do I need to have an account to order?
You can order freely without having to create an account.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You can track your order until you receive it. Once you've made the payment and we ship your items, we shall send you the track reference number in which you will be able to check the status of your order.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
The delivery of the order depends on the region and time frame. In the United States, the usual delivery time is 5-15days, but times can vary. To European countries the order can be delivered in 5-25 business days. Other countries - 5-30 business days.
Do you make promotions often?

Will COVID-19 affect my order?
In view of the recent situation of COVID-19, logistics transportation and global delivery services are now subject to temporary delays. Shipping time is likely to be lengthened as a special arrangement of some courier service companies and air traffic delays are to be expected. Thanks for your patience while we work hard to get your order to you!
Do you have international delivery?
Yes, we ship our products worldwide!
Full or partial refund, if the item is not as described?
If your item is significantly different from the seller’s product description, you can A: Return it and get a full refund, or B: Get a partial refund and keep the item.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, AMEX) and PayPal payments.
Are there extra charges on the top of the total price?
No. We do not charge extra. You pay what comes up as total.
How secure is my online order?
When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into a SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.
Are there any exchange rates?
All of our transactions are based in € EUR. If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issuer processes the transaction. This will not affect the pricing.
